Mathew is a very knowledgeable technician. For 1- 1/2 years we have been trying to our ice/water dispenser repaired. He is the only technician who was persistent that the proper parts were ordered and we finally received them. The ice/water dispenser is now working, however, still not properly. Thank you Matthew.

Technician did an excellent job replacing trolly wheels from squeeling. Dryer is over 10 years old and inside casing was filled with lent that cause the demise of the dryer to squeel. Now dryer works like new.
