Everything was great. They arrived on time, with several "heads up" messages. I showed them the problem with my dryer, and they took the machine apart, found the problem, and fixed it. Good as new! (Probably better!)

This repairman was very professional and knew what he was doing. From the start he had my best interest at the start. He made sure that the washer was completely fixed and let me know all the steps in getting it that way. I hope that if I ever need a repair again he is the one they will send along with Harold to my home. Both of these men are fabulous in their work ethic and fixing appliances.
