Best appliance technician I've ever had work on my appliances. He knew exactly what he was doing, how to quickly identify the issues, and how best to breakdown the equipment to install the replacement parts. He was fast, efficient, and very customer focused. From scheduling and completing the repair was awesome. The Service Technician Johnny did a great job and explained the issues as he went along. Highly recommend Sears repair and Johnny if you're lucky enough to get him.
