Shannon was fantastic. That being said I don't think I have ever dealt with a more incompetent company. I file this claim on 12/26 had appointment for 12/27 it was postponed to 12/28. It caused me to lose two days work. Then when technician comes out 12/30, he has to order parts perfectly understandable. Parts that came in was incomplete, took another day off work for nothing. I will be canceling because of this awful experience

I am hesitant, because I need to see if it stalls mid cycle again. The technician was great and he checked it out and reset the system. So right now it's a five for quick, courteous and cheap, but if it breaks next usage this rating will be reduced.
