Our dryer was working but there was no heat. Amel came to assess the problem quickly and he determined that we needed a new heat element. He ordered the part and was back to replace it within a short time. He was friendly and efficient and he kept us informed.

Chad has repaired our washer and dryer countless times during the past 34 years. He does a tremendous job in a very timely manner and completes the job whenever he comes to our home. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He always gives us a few pointers about our appliances to make sure our appliances run optimally. He is such a nice person to deal with.
