Efficient and courteous. The problem was quickly identified and just as quickly remedied. It wasn't cheap though.

Eric was sensational, very professional, efficient and courteous. He came during an Arctic Blast. Sears should take care of their workers and consider suspending non essential activities when weather conditions are this critical.
