We have so thankful for the kindness, and amazing repair job that Aaron did for us fixing our extremely loud grinding noise we had in our washing machine. After I share with him that we were not going to be available another time in our near future, he found the needed replacement part nearby, went to get in less than 10 minutes and replaced it to fix the problem. Sears Home Services should be proud to have such a responsible technician.
