Mychael, is a great technician. He's very pleasant and did a thorough check of the dryer. He clearly explained to us what the problem was, and that there is no need to worry. He was very respectful, and before leaving wanted to know if we had any other questions.

A plumber and technician from another company could not find the reason for the washer leak. Darrell, very quickly found where the leak was coming from and the cause - it is a plumbing issue. Darrell was very polite and professional.

Initial service visit saw him sit in vehicle for over 2 hrs in parking lot. Called and said he was on his way. He was parked outside. 20 more minutes till he came to the unit. Seemed confused and overwhelmed. Finally after some time said need a timer. Ordered it and when it came we made an appt. To come back. Requested not to have Steve to no avail. This visit got a phone call at 830 am said he'd be there between 950 and 1150. That passed and no call, text, or email. I checked web sIte and it said 2 stops till mine. Revisited the web and said next visit. 1,2,3,4, more delays.. no communication. Then web said 430 to 5. 430 shows up. No call or text to say he was on the way. Shows up after ruining Dr. Appt. & dinner plans. Finally he put in new timer,, Was not the problem. Took new one out and put old one back. He has no idea how to diagnose. He is basically a parts replacer. I will never use Sears service again. Terrible customer communication.
