Travis was great and very informative. However, it's been almost 3 months since my oven has worked and Sears won't honor the home warranty so I've cancelled it. No one should have to wait this long and the. He told it might take another 2 months for a possible part to be refurbished since the parts are no longer available. According to the warranty terms I should have received a credit for a replacement. I have done nothing but keep paying monthly for a fake warranty. Very disappointed in Sears. You used to be great.
