Our technician, Augustine was very polite and knowledgeable. He informed us the process whether we had to pay . He fixed my washer in a timely manner. Nothing like some other technicians that they go back and forth trying to get parts etc so they can use more time And charge more. Which we didnr have to pay because of our warranty we purchased .
