poor service
very brusque, not willing to listen and stated that the only way we can get the Maytag washer repaired is to buy a Seats warranty. Unfortunately looks like we will have to buy a new washers

Repair not completed
Ice maker does not work. No repair work was done only removed small ice cubes. Unable to reschedule, no response from service center, even though they have been paid.

Service
I waited all day. Technician showed up at 3:30. He damaged the washer outlet and had to replace that causing me to wait another 45 minutes. It was just a horrible experience.

Rude and condescending
The service representative, said his name was AJ and he showed up in the morning. This is normally ok however there wasn't a call stating I would be there in a few minutes or at this time, I was given the time 9-5. I was in my pajamas. Then AJ was rude and condescending, not wanting to do his job of cleaning the dryer and only telling me to get a new washer because it was past its life, the computer board was bad and the bearings were bad on the washer. AJ continued to tell me to hurt to pay my bill so he could leave. And then he would send me another bill to quickly pay so he could be on his way. If I could give no stars that would be my vote. Zero tolerance for Aj's type of customer service and repression of any company. No Thank you AJ and No Thank you Sears Home Services!

WASHER
The tech had no idea what he was doing. He was not able to troubleshoot the problem and concluded that I needed a new motor. After he left, I called a separate company and their tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 10 minutes. The motor did not have to be replaced. I requested before the visit for an experienced tech, and he unfortunately was not. I would like my refund for this because I am not at all satisfied with the service.

Though the Tech may be good the ENTIRE customer service BADD
No phone number to actually talk to a human to get things resolved. Just condescending apologies through the BOT peeps.

Repair
The service man didn't seem interested in coming to begin with. Then he couldn't believe I didn't know how long I've had it I have multiple sclerosis and my brain is not the greatest. My parents gave me these machines a while ago. I will never again call Sears for a repair on any of my appliances.

Service Technician
Not a good one. I submitted a claim for washer not draining and leaking underneath. Technician found mold and just stopped didn't even leave accurate notes for Choice to make a decision.
