Shareef was pleasant, knowledgeable and on time. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He diagnosed problem quickly. Fair pricing and did not overcharge. I will use Sears Services in the future. A plus is they work on multiple manufacturers appliances.

Sergii diagnosed our ancient Maytag washer (which we unfortunately destroyed beyond repair). He was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as genuinely humble, kind and helpful. You really couldn't ask for a better human or better service. Exactly why we always use Sears technicians to service our appliances!
