Rafael was very pleasant and arrived on time. He went about his job and was finished in less than a hour. He offered to clean my dryer and when I asked if there was a cost. He said yes, a maintenance cleaning fee. I declined. I would have expected that to be part of the repair. I was surprised as I could have vacuumed it out myself. I believe the removing of built up dust balls should be something that is part of the repair as it surely must impact the running of the machine. Just a thought.
