Bob arrived first thing at 8:00am. He was very professional, efficient and cleaned the lint and replaced the broken belt. He also checked for any gas leaks, and told us that under our maintenance contract we are entitled to an annual preventative service call which we will be taking advantage of.

My dryer needed repair and Sears sent James who was absolutely wonderful. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the safety hazards of a dryer not properly vented. He repaired my dryer and I am so pleased that I do t have to replace the one I have. I am so happy to have the Sears team available when I have an appliance needing repair. 5 stars for James!
