Because the model and serial numbers were not engraved on my appliance the technician said it was against company policy to order the needed part. I showed him the serial and model numbers on my original warranty registry card @the time of purchase of my stove. Consequently the intended service was not performed. I am extremely disappointed.

I have had issues with this P.O.S. Maytag washer and dryer set for 2 years. Jake has by far been the most dedicated employee that has gone above and beyond to help me try and make this set work. He is a great asset to your company. I wouldn't want any other technician to come out to my house.
