Refrigerator Repair
Did not put refrigerator back the way it should have been. The back is hanging off and I thought it was because a screw was missing. I was goin to put the screw back in but upon examination, the soldered part is outside of the box.

washer not fixed
He was here for only about 10 to 15 minutes told us that the washer was repaired and that he already ran it in a cycle in just those 15 minutes as soon as he left we put our load of laundry in and it got stuck in the middle of the cycle. We are now trying to contact them to have them come back because I took a personal day for this and the issue is not resolved and he was here for less than 15 minutes

This is the 4th time Sears has been to my house
Terrible. Been without a washer for over a month because they don't fix anything. Literally ordered a ton of extra parts and didn't install them. I've been holding off on a review, because I don't believe in bashing, but these guys suck. They said if it doesn't work after a load of clothes call the 1-800 #.

Dishwasher
Ronald installed the components quickly but he apparently cut himself during the process and left blood on the component boxes that he left for me to throw out. Thankfully I noticed the blood before I grabbed the box and items.

Service Call
Repair would cost more the appliance. A unnecessary charge if unserviceable. Should be less of a cost. Nice service man. But, unsatisfactory expense.

Dryer not drying clothes
Horrible! Technician stated tube needed cleaning. That service was recently performed. Nothing else was checked. Dryer is not drying on certain cycles.

The Technician stated before he even looked at the dryer "if it is miss use it is not covered." It seemed to me that he had his mind made up prior to looking at the machine. He drove up in driveway and set there 20 minutes, on what he stated was a conference call. He did not come to the door and introduce himself, leaving my 23 year old granddaughter wondering who was this man in our driveway. I told her to go ask if it was the Sears repairman so she would know his identity. Maybe the conference call was a reprimand or bad news. But I think he was unjust in his decision and he was in a bad mood. Which cost me money. I had requested that he call me and explain what he found. When he told me his decision, I told he had been no help to me and asked him to leave. He tinkered with the dryer another 10-15 minutes before he left out of the house. He again sat in his truck in my driveway for approximately 20-25 minutes before leaving. He had been so rude on his visit that my granddaughter was scared and called her brother so someone was on the phone. Then he wouldn't let her sign the ticket, instead he ask my grandson who isn't of age to the sign the ticket. I believe that is against Sears regulations.
