The technician you sent out three different times was great. The problem is with Sears Home Services. I've been trying to get my washing machine fixed since 1/20/25 and to date 2/6/25, I'm still without a washing machine! I've spent numerous hours of my time on the phone with customer service and all I've received is the run around, worthless words! No one can/will help me all I receive is you'll hear something in 3-5 business days, every time I call, so 3-5 business days never comes!!! I'm STILL WAITING!
