Our older Maytag Bravos clothes dryer started continually spinning without any "heat" at all while attempting to dry clothes…….set appt for repair & Eric came to evaluate and found the problem, which fortunately was fairly minimal & all that was needed was a dual dryer thermal fuse that had "burned out" & needed replacement……the parts & labor to repair were still cheaper than us having to buy a new dryer…..he ordered the parts (which came rather quickly) & then returned today to finish the repair with the install of the new thermal fuses……quick work & pleasant experience….my dryer is working great again…….wonderful service provided…….very friendly & supportive personality!! Eric is quite an asset to Sears Home Services & should be acknowledged as such!! We are very happy customers for sure!! Sandi & Mil Anthony❤️

Cody ran every diagnostic program possible but the machine did not reveal the problem again. Cody explained that I have a thirty day guarantee and if it happens a day they will come again. That is fantastic.
