Dryer Repair
Chuck is very knowledgeable and after almost two months, diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed my dryer. He also is very friendly and explains everything in terms I could understand. Best repairman I have ever had.

I am writing this review to let you know that Ed sears technician went far and beyond his expertise on fixing my refrigerator gaskets around the doors. He didn't give up on ordering the gaskets for the doors every time we ordered them they would come in wrong. It took five different times for him to order the gaskets and get the right ones. He took pictures. He took measurements. He did everything possible for me to get the gaskets . Finally the last try we got the right gasket and he installed it a wonderful technician and gentlemen, you have a winner with Edward!

I am always leary about umbrella home appliance services. Sears used to be the Gold Standard in appliances and tools. Now, not so much. So I was leary about trusting their Sears Protect Home Warranty. This episode was positive. My washer stopped working and I called them. The CSR was friendly and knowledgeable and friendly. I was disappointed that it was going to be a week before someone could come out, but worked around it. Derrick was ontime and pleasant. He was very attentive as he was trouble shooting the issue with the washing machine. Within about 20 minutes he determined the timer was bad. Ordered the replacement part and setup a repair appointment about 10 days out. Again a little disappointing. I received the part after about 5 days. Derrick was again timely and pleasant. I was working from home and had a sick child with me. I asked if he minded going alone to complete the repair. He stated it was fine for and about 20 minutes later returned with the job complete. I am a bit nostalgic, but I clearly remember The Sears in every town and their being trusted for the best appliances and tools. It is sad to see their decline, we don't even have a Sears store anywhere near us. I was very pleased with this experience and hope to have found a reliable source for appliance repair.

Reported an issue with my Maytag washer power button but may have to replace a circuit panel. there is no replacement part for my model. The technician fixed my power button issue as a temporary fix by adjusting the push button so it no longer get rocked. Six weeks later and the workaround is still working. As a senior, I appreciates his patience with answering my questions.
