Great update communication
Service was great and organized but the company took too long to schedule the appointment which was originally scheduled promptly then canceled and rescheduled by the company. Chad communicated on the day of repair. Not his problem.

Jonathon was exceptional, and so was your charge, exceptionally high. Partwas ok, but labor charge way too high. I will not be using your service again. I could have purchased a new Whirlpool dryer at the same cost. Jonathan was great. Even after a long day, he arrived around 5pm but did a great job. You are fortunate to have him in your employ.
