Ronnie called before coming. Was here when he said he would be and had my dryer up and running in no time. I don't know who was sent the last 2 times, but we took off from work and they never even knocked on our door- TWICE that happened. We even have 4 dogs that never barked!!!! Who ever it was took a picture of our cars/trucks then just left. Then it took an act of God to get someone (Ronnie) out. It took from 1/20 to 2/11 to get my dryer repaired and over 12 hours on the phone and on line to explain to multiple people that the dryer was never repaired and that the repair person just left. This was NO fault of Ronnie's. I can't even get a copy of my contract, that I've asked for multiple times!!!!!!😡

jOEL WAS PATIENT. tURNED OUT THE DRYER WAS FINE.....IT SEEMS THAT SOMEHOW THE FUSES CONTROLLING IT HAD NOT BEEN SCREWED IN AS WAS REQUIRED.

Shaun arrived on time , explained the procedures to me and got right to business working on my washer . As his progressed , he explained everything he observed and kept me up to date . Once he completed the repairs he left us with suggestion for improved use . Overall I was very impressed with Shaun !! Well Done Sears !!
