There was no repair due to the cost of the parts to fix the washer. It was cheaper to buy a new washer. The washer warranty did not cover any of the electronics which is a rip off

Very helpful. He made a special trip to obtain the needed parts in order to get us running the same day. These comments have nothing to do with Curtis F they, pertain to your system : can not get to a live person its all AI generated and that SUCKS! Updates on arrival times of service personnel can be improved. I waited 2 hours beyond arrival window and that is a waste of my time.
