AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
This company is utterly horrible. After spending the last 3 days trying to get service scheduled under my warranty plan..I terminated my service warranty. The orders sent to technicians are for full payment .....not under warranty plan.I was told there is a glitch in their system that causes this to happen. 3 tech's (3 appt) same problem. Calls are handled from India and I spent 4-5 hrs being shuffeled from one dept to another with no fix. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Abdelrahman A IS THE ONLY SHINING LIGHT IN THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY HE IS PROFESSIONAL.COMPASSIONETTE ...give that man a raise

Shane and Noe were excellent service repairmen. Noe, first visit to diagnose and order the part. Shane, second visit to install the part and vacuum the inside of the dryer, as per work order. The only problem I had was not with the service repairmen, but with the AI call center. VERY FRUSTRATING to have a scheduled appointment cancelled because the AI call center deemed that the part would not arrive in time. FACT: the part was ordered and received the day after the first appointment.

Very knowledgeable. Communicated when he was on his way. Parts came in wary, so he called to see if he could change date to come earlier. Cleaned up after himself. BIG asset to your company!
