Khaled is the best you've got! He's highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, nothing to do with Khaled, it is nearly impossible to talk to a live person. When we do get a live person, they tend to keep transferring us 3 or for times. Each time we get transferred, they make us answere the same long list of questions. this all takes lots of time. Your reps are out of the country and frequently very difficult to understand.

Mustafa quickly accessed the issue and informed me of the cost to repair. The cost of fixing was not worth it as I could purchase a new machine. He graciously accepted that. He explained that having a Sears repair contract that covered all appliances would be wise. I again turned that down but will consider it in the future. He was professional, courteous and helpful!
