Refrigerator
I am on fixed income. It took 5 trips for you to repair my refrigerator. I had to go buy food at the store every 3or 4 days this started back in June plus I lost a refrigerator for meat I need to be reimbursed

Great job on the repair so far.
Today he was not very friendly must been having a bad day, and then to top it all off left a big black grease stains on my carpet. Instead of cleaning it up himself he said we could get grease remover and do it ourselves. Great job on the repair so far.

Robert Very Helpful
Robert was great!! I had to call Robert and Sears Home services due to not getting any service from the Warranty Contractors As a Sears home warranty client it is very very disappointing that Sears will not send a certified Sears technician to service my unit. After 3 weeks and 4 visits my applicant is still not fixed. Robert identified the problem immediately but could not do the repair because sears does not allow there technicians to provide service for warranty program. The repair company's in the warranty repair program are terrible. This system is designed to guide clients the run around. Sears should be ashamed of the warranty program. Sincerely. F.Daigle

No Service, No Communication!
I have been waiting since May 5th to get my ice maker fixed and the part finally arrived and my appointment drawn out several weeks and it's still not fixed! I had to leave ½ way through for an appointment (my 21 year old son was home) and when I arrived home I found the part on the stove, next to the box; I almost threw it away because I thought it was the old one. I went to dispense ice from my new ice maker only to find out the part was never replaced! The part that I almost threw away was the new part. I asked my son what happened but he wasn't sure and the technician hadn't left any explanation. I waited for an explanation to come electronically, but nothing there either. I am so disgusted with Sears Home Service, or should I say lack of service. I put the repair order in on May 5, 2023 - over 3 months ago!

Not repaired
He came out, told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that the washer was operating normally. The washer hasn't properly run yet. Have to call back and set up a repair again. Hopefully I don't have to sit all day waiting for a repair person.

Lies
This man showed up to my to repair my washer on a Saturday morning. Just as he arrived the power goes out. I call the power company to be told there was a "wide spread power outage". This is explained to him. He states he will have to come back but not today. I need to call to reschedule. I do, only to be told he reported "they need an electrician not an appliance repair". This work was being done through my home warranty who can't understand the guy LIED. They rescheduled me for 8/16/23 to which no one showed up for because he's still insisting we need an electrician and not an appliance repair. Once the power was restored later that morning, lo and behold the washer came on with it. Now to get the F51 issue fixed and we will be good.

Waste of money
I'm not exactly sure what his problem was could have been drunk could have been on medication could have been on whatever or just some natural medical problem I will never ever call or request the services of this company again waste of my time took two weeks to schedule an appointment and he's not even sure he fixed it

Not Mark but the contractor for harker heights
Mark did great. My review is for the local contractor providing the maintenance personnel. I requested service back at the end of june. I had to wait for parts to come in and had to cancel one of my appointments because my mom passed away. The other appointments, 3 i believe, were rescheduled because the local contractor did not have the manpower to cover his work demand. During these occassions, the reschedule occurred on the DAY OF the service. This is unacceptable. People take time off of work for these appointments. If i could give less than one star rating, i would. Mark did great, but the contractor is severely understaffed (i was told 10 people had quit recently). Mark was supposed to have another person assisting on this job. If i ever need appliance repair again, i will specifically ask NOT to be assigned AE sears home service. I will also share my experience with all of my friends and dissuade them from using your company.

Low rate service
Michael came out and said I needed another refrigerator.Sloan Appliance came out, and put a relay in the refrigerator,and it works great. I never want Sears Home Services to work on anything that I have. I will also let other people know what kind of service is provided by Sears Home Services and Michael.
