Victor came in, did an initial diagnosis, and pointed out the problem was in fact not with the appliance but with the electrical outlet. It saved a ton of time, money, and headache. He was very friendly, logical in his diagnosis, and helpful. I would be very pleased (if we need appliance service) to have his help again. A+ job!
