Benjamin has been to our home for washer repair a few times. He is very knowledgeable and speedy. Not only did he know what was going on he also explained things to me so I could understand what he was saying. When I needed to be told it again he didn't hesitate. I don't think I have ever told Benjamin that I'm in remission from Brain Cancer with many more health issues. I didn't want him to think I was crazy and just out there. I didn't have to. He was great at explaining things making us feel comfortable with him in our home. No appliance repair person has ever performed to these standards. Thank you Benjamin for the service you provided once again.

I had no issue with Dwight - he was proficient and made sure the repair he did solved the problem. My issue is with problems you have with your system that don't seem to get corrected. 1st repairman - came 1/25/25 ... diagnosed problem and ordered parts to be sent to my house - scheduled appointment for 2/7/25 to finish repair ... no issues with serviceman. 2/6/25 - email stating appointment 2/7/25 was being rescheduled to 2/14/25 since not all parts needed for repair had not arrived BUT - BOTH PARTS HAD ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. Phone calls to company to confirm this only connected to automated service - could not find any record for me ... said service order number not valid even though it was on all previous e-mails from company. Ditto for computer chat feature - no record of my service order number, so no help from them either. A number of calls I made only connected to automated services - finally on 2/11/25 connected with a REAL PERSON and again was told they still showed missing part for repair. I told them I had both parts - confirmed with them that the parts I had were the correct parts needed for the repair. They then scheduled repair for 2/12/25 in the afternoon. Morning of 2/12/25 repairman Dwight called to confirm appointment and asked about parts since his info was still saying I didn't have all the parts needed for the repair. WHAT is the matter with your system? I had the parts - I told your customer rep I had the parts - and the day of my repair your system still didn't register that I had the parts. Ineptness personified. I don't know that I'll use your company again.
