The sears tech arrived and repaired this problem. The tech was professional and did not make a mess and cleaned the work space when completed.

Bill replaced the part. He cleaned up after himself. He was professional and courteous. Important to me, he called before he arrived. He also graciously waited while we put our Russian Blue cat in the bedroom, so she would not run outside. Brownie points for Bill!

Excellent service, Nigel arrived as promised, he assessed the problem and ordered the part needed and scheduled a second visit to install the part. The part arrived earlier than expected, so I call and rescheduled the appointment. Nigel arrived as promised and repaired my dryer. My only complaint is cost of the repair labor-- too expense.
