Victor came in, did an initial diagnosis, and pointed out the problem was in fact not with the appliance but with the electrical outlet. It saved a ton of time, money, and headache. He was very friendly, logical in his diagnosis, and helpful. I would be very pleased (if we need appliance service) to have his help again. A+ job!

Pedro is five stars all the way. He understands what the issue is and diagnosis it immediately. I've had Pedro work on different appliances in my house and he's fixed each one perfectly! Give that man a raise:)
