He knows his stuff!!!
I was concerned about my machine being stacked and he was able to fix without us having to take it apart. Very polite, appt. went smoothly. Called us ahead and we got a text when he was on his way.

Juan was fine. However why send a serviceman to our house when there is no part and never will be. You should have started the replacement process the first time a serviceman came to the house and said the dryer was too old and were no replacement parts.

Don fixed my 38 year old Maytag washer. He is competent, polite and a very nice man. I don't look forward to anything going wrong with my appliances but if something does go wrong I would want Don working on them.
