Technician was outstanding in every way.I am very annoyed that after I made first appointment...the day of it was cancelled at 1 pm, made a second appointment which Sears cancelled at 3:50 pm the day of the appointment...My time is valuable, I find this treatment unacceptable. They finally made the third appt.
