Mark was knowledgeable and very polite. He was able to offer advice as well as walk us through the problem and what our options were. We felt he was very honest and objective. With the bad experience we had the day before with a different technician, Mark mentioned more than made up for it. It's associates like him that allow you to keep your business even when a bad apple shows up for the job.
