I requested Sears Home Services because I heard a persistent intermittent scraping noise in my dryer while drying my laundry. From my initial request for service, I received email updates to confirm the appointment as well as a call when James was on his way. He arrived promptly at the prescribed time, listened to my concerns and checked out the issue although the initial noise, prompting my call could not be replicated. James explained the possible causes for the noise, examined my dryer and said that I had 90 days to call back if the problem should recur. He was kind and personable. By the way and no fault to James, I did not like the payment process, requiring me to go to my computer, which was somewhat unwieldy and inconvenient.

Michael was very nice and knowledgeable. Asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all. He explained what was wrong with the dryer and the cost to fix it and he fixed it right away. Excellent experience and will use again if needed.

Neil was an outstanding individual. The problem I have with this set up is an old phone number was listed on this account so Neil could not contact me directly. I was fortunate enough to see him in the ring camera. Other than that, everything was outstanding.
