The repair experience was excellent. Unfortunately, whoever published the insurance plan at Lowe's input the washer model number for the dryer and the dryer model number for the washer. The repairman could not conduct the repair because he would not be paid for working on the wrong appliance. So, I had to call Assurance and correct the insurance information. Now, I'm waiting for the repair to occur. Just my luck…
