It took Victor only a few minutes to install the suspension and recalibrate the system on my washing machine. And he was a very nice gentleman. After having been without a washing machine for a week or more, it amazed me that it was repaired so quickly.

The experience with the technician was excellent but your customer service on the website leaves a lot to be desired. The website told me he was going to be here early morning and in fact he didn't come till around 2pm. Something needs to be done about the website.
