Fairless Hills, PASears/Maytag warranty is terrible but Aidar was great.
The washing machine he diagnosed are only 2 years old, and the repair was for the entire control board, leading to a repair cost almost the cost of the machine. He was patient and explained it all, and it made sense. I just wish the product and the company behind it wasn't so shady and unreliable.

Robert was awesome. He was patient and really listened to me when i was explaining to him the issues that I was experencing with it. He is the second tech to come out about the same issue but he got it done in a timely manner. This has been an on going issue since January and I can now say its finally fixed! Thanks Robert
