When our washer broke we started frantically looking for anyone who could come fix it, and Sears was one of several companies we contacted. One company never showed up, another told us it wasn't worth fixing it and we should just get a new machine. Sears was by far the most professional. I appreciated the text and email updates, and Don was very thorough, friendly, professional, and informed. I feel like the fee was very reasonable and our washer is working great now!

Oscar was very knowledgeable and personable. He couldn't duplicate the problem but no tech had been able to determine it. Hopefully this washer might work properly. If not I guess there'll be yet another service call. I will NEVER buy a front loader again!
