Washer possible trouble shoot by William
William was prepared and very knowledgeable. Very helpful to Mrs Williams in explaining various questions. Although no serious problems were found, William went through every possibility. William used the land line to stay in touch as had previously been requested and allowed me to be there when he arrived. He is the kind of tech you could recommend. Thank You!
