This is the second time Michael was at our home on a service call. The first time was in December 2024 and he repaired my Kenmore dryer. This time my washer was on the fritz and I was pleasantly surprised it was Michael who was at the door. He's professional, knowledgeable and quick. He lets me know the problem and what needs to be done to fix the problem. I felt comfortable knowing Michael was going to repair my washer and he did. I highly recommend sears home services and Michael for any appliance that needs repair.

Expert work. Very nice person Your scheduling is, however, a different story. About 2 stars. You Really should have 4 -5 hour windows. 9 hours is ridiculous. We, your customers, all have lives you know. Or you should know.
