Dennis and Sage (phonetic) were excellent! It took time to remove the outer drum and they did it with care and precision. They also installed the new one, reassembled the washer, and ran the test cycle it was hard work because it was heavy but they completed it quickly. It was wonderful service, thank you both greatly again.
