Good service from Dimitri's
Scheduled from 8am to 5pm. Working people have to take off one day Retired people have to change doctors appointments At 5pm you have a message from Sears that your appointment rescheduled for next day. Is this Norman ? Help me evaluate Sears Home Service.

Sears Home Services uses automated scheduling bots that work hard to prevent you from interacting with a human. It's a frustrating experience when you have an issue where you need some discussion. However, once we got through that process and someone arrived on site it was a perfect experience. Daniel diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and ordered the parts. When he returned the following week with the parts it took about an hour to complete the repair. It was complicated and not a simple plug and play. Now everything is running perfectly and we are happy campers (literally). Thank you to the humans that made the experience great - and boo to the bots.
