Excellent courteous and fast accurate work. Christopher is extremely professional. Explains everything and makes sure I understand. He also had to deal with a very small work space and handled it without any difficulty. I have been extremely impressed with Sears home service technicians.

Rudy diagnosed the problem right away & showed me what it was & how he intended to fix it. He performed the work quickly, and showed me what has been done. It looks very solid, much better than when he arrived. We will try it out later this afternoon. Rudy explained what to do should we experience any further problems, but he also said it looks good.

Technician was able to diagnose the problem but the required parts are not available. And even if the parts were available Jeb does not have the tools required to complete the repair. What is unacceptable to me is that he said that we won't be updated for a week. Unacceptable in today's world of computers and express shipping.
