The whole experience was terrible. But Justin was amazing. Justin was the first technician to come to our house and order the parts, after that it was another technician three or four different times. It was supposed to show up and came one time said he needed a different tools left and never came back. Justin was the one that showed up. Justin was the one that put the part in. Justin is a great technician. The other guy not so much.

The rating is directed to the technician named Angel NOT Sears. Angel did a great job repairing our washing machine. He went out of his way to assure the job was done in a timely manner. Sears has regressed over the years and the customer service on the company level is non existent. There is no one available to talk too other than AI.
