Service done right!
Dennis was very professional. He couldn't believe that my service had been cancelled three prior times. He asked if I had received the parts for my washer repair. I told Dennis, I had not received any parts. He went out to his and he actually had the parts on his truck. They had been shipped to him 2 weeks prior. He replaced the shock absorbers on my washer and did a service. Very happy with Dennis and his service.

I'm not very happy with the time window of service 8 to 5, it is quite a long time compared to other companies that have four hour windows as a whole. In order to get service, it requires you to miss a whole workday and unfortunately, when the technician needs to come back, that's two days of work that needs to be missed. However, I could not be grumpy when the technician arrived. He was very personable and did everything he could to make my experience the best that it could be. He needed to come back, but he correctly diagnose the problem and my dishwasher is now back in service.

Professional, knowledgeable, honest.. I had a $25.00 coupon, he entered the code , but it gave a response it was expired. But the website had an expiration of 6/30/2025. Wasn't his fault. I tried calling but your AI phone wouldn't connect me. That is why I chose you. Disappointed 😞

Christopher did a great job. He solved our problem in less than 10 minutes. The only frustration was that he sat outside our home for about 30 minutes on Tuesday because the AI system was down and he could not contact us. That wasted his time and ours. We rescheduled for Thursday, and we were back in business. Not having a phone number for the technician is a problem until the AI system is more effective.
