On time, personable, and knowledgeable! Had part in hand and checked to make sure everything worked properly. Suggested a cleaning and cleaning materials to use. Would definitely call again.

Bobby is a total professional from his uniform to his manner and communication. Bobby clearly explained the issues to me and suggested a few ways to mitigate the issue like making sure the laundry load is properly balanced in the machine. I would definitely use your services again. When I replace this machine, I hope to buy it from Sears.

Jody was knowledgeable and professional and finished the job quickly. The only suggestion I would like to make is when scheduling appointments that it be narrowed down to either am or pm. to schedule them from 8 to 5 takes up the whole day. I got up a 7:30 am that morning only to have him show up at 1:20 pm. Difficult for a senior citizen. Thank you.
