Joel was prompt, courteous, efficient. We are elderly and do not rise normally until late. Sears had a fault, in that they did not offer a later start for Joel's arrival time window.

Timely arrival before 5 o'clock, examine the machine in a little time found the problem right away. Give me a quote on how much it would be but I told him we were just gonna have to do diagnostic today cause I had to wait till I get my paycheck next July 3 Very kind understanding.

It is rare to see a technician come to your door with a smile and positive attitude. Edwin possess both those assets plus more. My beloved Magtag dryer was born about 30 years ago. I believe they don't make washers like that anymore and therefore I am so grateful that Edwin brought her back to her workhorse self. It was a complicating job as you can imagine. I also would like to lift up the trainee that Edwin was training who will be his replacement. So relieved that Sears found another gem of a man who is obviously skilled at what he does plus maintains excellent customer service and a can do attitude.
