Great service technician
He explained what he found in layman's terms He was very thorough diagnosing the problem Great attitude Very helpful and also presented a home appliance program to consider I did not know Sears had this service since our store in BRAZORIA CNTY, TEXAS was shut down. My parents and us kids (9 of us) have always been a SEARS FAMILY. I miss AUTO SERVICES that I could depend on for the quality being just a few miles away wherever I have lived.
