Great Service with a smile
The service man called to let me know he was on the way. He showed up on time, tested things and did the repair. The Refrigerator is working fine now. Great service! And he was very friendly and got the job done quickly. Great service Sears!

Diagnosed problem and ordered parts on initial contact. Parts came in about 10 days earlier than expected. Technician immediately rescheduled installation of repair part to next business day which was approximately 10 days before he had originally scheduled. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.

Karl was excellent. the overall Sears service was not so great - The AI and all automated messages make the customers crazy. We dont need so many messages, also I and many people I know cant open links from their phones and dont have email access 24hrs.... It would be nice if I was able to reach a human being to help me when I needed. Thank you!
