Sears scheduling by AI needs work, but Mike and Sears did a great job repairing our dishwasher. Previous company that looked at our dishwasher said it needed to be replaced. They were worthless.

Even through the AI mixups and cancellations from 6/8 - Logan reached out and spoke to me personally about the AI scheduling issues and provided his best efforts to correct the service appointment and make "stuff" happen!! Logan is an excellent service tech and all around great guy!
