John Lyons did a fantastic job for us. He came when he said he would, he fixed my older washing machine and cleaned my dryer. He is knowledgeable, professional and nice to talk to. Thank you He deserves 5 stars for sure

Our service technician provided top tier level service, however I can't say the same for Sears. The 100% Virtual AI customer support model that Sears has gone to can be a nightmare to deal with. There are just times where you need to be able to speak to a live person and an AI bot won't cut it. This was one of those times, literally infuriating at times.
